The SIPF has been informed of the problems encountered by participants from non-English speaking countries, and issues arising from credit card payments due to different policies in various countries. There are urgent requests for assistance from more than 100 participants who are unable to proceed with the online submission. In view of this situation, the SIPF will extend its Open Call till Sunday 11 April 2010, to resolve these problems and to assist participants to fill in necessary details. Read on
