We, Koreans, express “died” as “returned”.
Where did we come from, and where would we return?
At the beginning and end of the stream of consciousness, which goes through the Koreans’ emotions and spirits, there is the death.
The title of this series Return (歸) is an ambiguous representation, whose meaning of ‘Returning’ is deeper than that of ghost. This series also allows Park to go back to his childhood and confront those moments again.
