Hou I-Ting (b. 1979, Taiwan) intersects video, altered images, and performance, paying close attention to the role of women’s labour within the workforce. With an interest in the “politics of the body”, she examines how these images are moulded across mass culture, history, and the global socio-economic sphere. She lives and works in Taipei, Taiwan.
