Yufan Lu is based in Tianjin and Beijing, China. She has a master degree in MA Photography and Urban Cultures at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her practice focuses on research-based projects that explore social identities, and how visual representation is functioned in everyday life. Her work received awards including the Firecracker Photography Grant, the New Generation Honorable Mention from the PHMuseum Photography Grant and Encontros da Imagem Photobook Awards.
