Daniel Boetker-Smith, Director of the Asia-Pacific Photobook Archive
Books from the Asia-Pacific Photobook Archive

Coordinated by Daniel Boetker-Smith, the Asia-Pacific Photobook Archive is the only dedicated library of photobooks from this region in the world.

This not-for-profit organisation doesn’t sell photobooks, it simply offers its open access 100% donated collection to festivals, events and photographic institutions internationally to promote the work of emerging and established Asia-Pacific photographers.

Currently the Archive has book displays in Gothenburg, Hyerabad, & Dublin. The collection has a permanent space in Melbourne and is open to the public. A small selection of obscure and unique books from the Archive will be on display at SIPF to browse. The Archive will also be taking submissions.
