Jillian Schultz is a producer, cultural organizer, and creative consultant with fifteen years of experience working at the intersection of art and activism. She has expertise in lens-based media, artist development, exhibitions, and community partnerships. Her career began at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and she has curated exhibitions and produced public programs around the world.
She is Co-Principal of Two Tigers Productions, an agile, female-lead collective that works on a range of content including documentary film, exhibition and festival production, communications, brand elevation, and strategy. Recent projects include producing COAL + ICE, a large-scale immersive documentary photography exhibition visualizing the climate crisis, and a project incubator for emerging photographers in partnership with Magnum Foundation and the Peabody Essex Museum. Jillian has a BA in Art History and Asian Studies from Tulane University and a MA in East Asian Languages & Cultures with specialization in Chinese photography from Columbia University.
