The fourth episode of Walking with Photographers features Kevin WY Lee taking us on a walk through the Tiong Bahru neighbourhood. Different locations of interest serve as setting off points for conversations pertaining to his artistic journey encompassing photography and culinary art. Touching on his projects such as Hundred Daughters Hundred Patience Hundred Meals, Suddenly the Grass Became Greener, and Singapore on Public Notice, the walk is one inflected with notions of memory, nostalgia, and the enculturation of identities. This programme is a Video on Demand (VOD) so please do join us whenever and wherever you may be in the globe!
We will also be having a Facebook live Q&A session with Kevin on 17 January, 4pm, so do join us then.
