This event is organised by the National Library Board (NLB) in conjunction with SIPF.

Afterimage invites participants to explore the enduring impressions that photographs leave behind through the tactile and collaborative process of zine-making.

Led by Benjamin Tan, this hands-on workshop encourages participants to reflect on personal memories, everyday encounters, and shared experiences, transforming images and ideas into self-published zines. Whether you’re new to photography or an experienced image-maker, the session offers a welcoming space to experiment, exchange stories, and connect with others through creative expression.

Come ready to cut, paste, print, and discover how photographs can spark conversations, build community, and create lasting afterimages beyond the frame.

This final zine will also be showcased as part of the ArtsEverywhere @ NLB initiative, an initiative to bring arts experiences to communities where they live, work and play, in conjunction with SIPF 2026.
