白水(Springbao) is a photography book publisher established in 2024, publishing the quarterly 白水報 (Springbao) as its main project. In 2025, an art center was established, with photography art as its main research base, focusing on contemporary art with photography as the main focus, and also selling books, small exhibitions and photography workshops.
