SIPF Portfolio Review is a springboard for works to be picked up by local and international reviewers. This year, we have a wide selection of portfolio reviewers ranging from editors to curators to festival directors. You will get to present your works to these professionals and receive useful advice and guidance on your works and careers.
In this 6th edition, a participant will be awarded the Best Portfolio Review Prize which gives him/her the opportunity to hold a solo exhibition in the next edition of SIPF in 2020.
Each participant can meet 7 reviewers of their choice, in a one-to-one individual 20-minute session. Participants should bring their actual printed portfolio for review. Presentation of digital files on a laptop is possible but not encouraged.

About the Reviewer
Alejandro Castellote (b. 1959, Madrid) was Director of the Photography dept. at Círculo de Bellas Artes, Madrid (1985 to 1996). Curator of PHotoEspaña, Madrid (1998 to 2000), Getxophoto, Bilbao (2007 to 2009), Daegu Photo Biennale 2014, Korea.
Guest curator of Padiglione Italia at X Venice Biennale of Architecture, 2006, Singapore International Photography Festival 2012, ChangJiang International Photography & Video Biennale 2015, Chongqing, China and 2017 Image Triennial of Guangzhou, China.
From 2014 trough 2106 he was Director of the Master of Photography and Visual Arts at the Image Center, Lima, Peru.
