Clémence Vichard-Larroque is the Gallery Director of the Magnum Gallery in Paris. She has been with Magnum Photos for over five years, first as Gallery Manager before assuming the role of Gallery Director in October 2025. Born and raised in Paris, Clémence studied Law and Art History, earning a Master’s degree from the École du Louvre with a specialization in Photography and the Art Market. Before joining Magnum, she worked with a major private art collection, an international auction house, and an online gallery. As Gallery Director, Clémence has curated exhibitions featuring photographers including Martin Parr, Herbert List, Zied Ben Romdhane, and René Burri. Several of these exhibitions have been profiled in publications such as Vogue and Le Monde. Under her leadership, Magnum Gallery has expanded its exhibition programme, strengthened public engagement, and increased its online presence.

Sofia Abechir is Senior Project Manager, Education at Magnum Photos, where she develops and coordinates international educational programmes through Magnum Learn. She holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Project Management and has been with Magnum Photos since 2021. Her work focuses on the development of workshops, residencies, scholarship programmes, and international partnerships. She has a particular interest in documentary photography and in the role of education in fostering critical engagement with images and the world.
