The third volume of the special series SHOUT, published by Voices of Photography, features a collection of works by four young Taiwanese creators. These include Cheng Ting-Ting’s The Painted Voyage, Lee Li-Chung’s Space out, Liu Yun-Yi’s Oblivion Island, and Lo Sheng-Wen’s Fallout. These works explore the visual culture deeply rooted in the tourism industry, the heterogeneous collage of traditional temples amidst modernization, the decaying Western-style buildings that carry the historical memories of Kinmen, and the global landscape shaped by nuclear testing.
