Kornkrit Jianpinidnan’s works are driven by an innate interest in the mundane and ordinary of the everyday, which plays an integral part of our cognitive processes. He explores the operation of thought processes and contemporary media in terms of dealing with conservative ideas, beliefs and faith.
He also bases his works on the concept of time and space so that the observer is able to discern meaning from his photographs without being limited by the physical aspect of the photographic process. In doing so, he creates a middle ground, which can reveal cultural patterns of repetitions and differences.
