Editions JOJO started as an independent, self-publishing imprint by visual artist Kaamna Patel in 2019 and expanded to become a platform for visual culture in India, incorporating the JOJO Library , a freely accessible photobook library based in Mumbai. An extension of the library is a traveling bookshop called JOJO Ambassador which distributes a selection of artists’ books from the region in addition to Editions JOJO titles.
