What happens when photographs come together rather than stand alone? Systems of Seeing brings together eight Singapore artists who explore photography through repetition, accumulation, comparison and connection. From speculative archives and scientific classification to family portraits, urban remnants, migration and reconstructed landscapes, these works reveal how images can organise knowledge, preserve memory and create relationships.

Featuring works by Geraldine Kang, Robert Zhao Renhui, Lai Yu Tong, Chow and Lin, Chua Chye Teck, Bob Lee, John Clang and Zen Teh, the exhibition invites audiences to look beyond the individual photograph and consider how meaning emerges through the relationships between images.

Together, these practices show photography not simply as a way of recording the world, but as a way of gathering observations, memories, evidence, people and experiences into structures that shape how we see and understand the world around us.
