Haneul Lee is a photographer based in Seoul. She received master’s degree in photography from Faculty of Design, Hong-ik University. Through photography, she incessantly explores various form of relationship between herself and others. She pays attention to how digital era transition affected photos and tries to study the link between images and the world. Her works revolve around the subtle insecurity occurred during interacting with strangers, and she proceeded a projected called Strangers, archiving about 400 persons. After that, she has been working on a new project titled Boomers in Korea.
